چکیده

Nata de coco, known as bacterial cellulose (BC), has been given much attention in the food industry and biomaterial areas due to its specific properties such low calorie content, high content of fiber, purity biocompatibility. Komagataeibacter spp. are indispensable microorganisms for BC production their highly efficient production. Here, proteomics was applied investigate metabolism regulation mechanisms yield improvements K. nataicola Y19 by 48 ± 3% after ethanol supplementation. The results evidenced that differentially expressed proteins involved biosynthesis system, glycolytic pathway, TCA cycle oxidative phosphorylation process were up-regulated. accelerated providing more energy via intermediate metabolites. Furthermore, elongation factor Tu, chaperone DnaK translocase subunit SecB may be synthesis procedure regulating electron transfer, hydrolysis ATP protein transformation. Moreover, ethanol-enhanced associated with decreased expression endoglucanase. This research elucidates mechanism higher based on addition, references nata coco efficiency synthetic future.

Mechanisms in Cellulose Biosynthesis

Cellulose is a major industrial biopolymer in the forest products, textile, and chemical industries. It also forms a large portion of the biomass useful in the generation of energy. Moreover, cellulose-based biomass is a renewable energy source that can be used for the generation of ethanol as a fuel. Cellulose is synthesized by a variety of living organisms, including plants, algae, bacteria, ...

Proteomics in Alzheimer's disease: insights into potential mechanisms of neurodegeneration.

Proteomics involves the identification of unknown proteins following their separation, often using two-dimensional electrophoresis, digestion of particular proteins of interest by trypsin, determination of the molecular weight of the resulting peptides, and database searching to make the identification of the proteins. Application of proteomics to Alzheimer's disease (AD), the major dementing d...

New insights into bacterial type II polyketide biosynthesis

Bacterial aromatic polyketides, exemplified by anthracyclines, angucyclines, tetracyclines, and pentangular polyphenols, are a large family of natural products with diverse structures and biological activities and are usually biosynthesized by type II polyketide synthases (PKSs). Since the starting point of biosynthesis and combinatorial biosynthesis in 1984-1985, there has been a continuous ef...

Drosophila models reveal novel insights into mechanisms underlying neurodegeneration

The SAGA chromatin modifying complex functions as a transcriptional coactivator for a large number of genes, and SAGA dysfunction has been linked to carcinogenesis and neurodegenerative disease. The protein complex is comprised of approximately 20 subunits, arranged in a modular fashion, and includes 2 enzymatic subunits: the Gcn5 acetyltransferase and the Non-stop deubiquitinase. As we learn m...

The magnetosome model: insights into the mechanisms of bacterial biomineralization

Though the most ready example of biomineralization is the calcium phosphate of vertebrate bones and teeth, many bacteria are capable of creating biominerals inside their cells. Because of the diversity of these organisms and the minerals they produce, their study may reveal aspects of the fundamental mechanisms of biomineralization in more complex organisms. The best-studied case of intracellul...
